I was a single mother myself, but I was fortunate enough to have strong family support.  I shudder to think where I might have ended up without it.  I know first-hand how important it is to have encouragement and support when you are trying to work, go to school, and build a life for yourself and your child.  I am so pleased that we have a St. Raymond’s Society to help these young mothers navigate through all of the barriers that would otherwise prevent her from succeeding.

Saint Raymond's Society

how we have helped

We are impressed with the way St. Raymond’s Society invests TIME as well as money in the families they serve.  During a tour of the St. Ray’s House, the program director explained the curriculum they use with the moms, My RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING Life, in detail including the research behind it.  It is fascinating, to say the least.  It’s no wonder it is creating such astonishing results.

My Success Coaches helped me to have a clear understanding of my responsibility where my life was concerned.   Living at St. Ray’s House has allowed me to be the mother I’ve always wanted to be and become the person I was created to be.

I am not proud to say it, but we were living in our car.  It was a very scary time for us.  I was told about St. Raymond’s Society by the WIC office.  I called that day and by the end of the week they helped me and my children with everything we needed to get into an apartment.  The ladies were all so kind and understanding.  You could tell they really care about people.

Janey is a perfect representation of the saying: if you think my hands are full you should see my heart . . . . one cannot help but see how full her heart is as she gently cares for her tiny triplets.
